If you want to cook healthy and tasty meatballs for children, fish is the perfect base for such a dish. You can use both red and white fish fillets. The fish meatballs are tender and hold their shape perfectly, and can be added to soup or eaten on their own.
Nutritionist Irena, nicknamed irena_sportpro, shared a recipe for fish meatballs for children on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- red fish (can be white) - 300 g
- carrots - 1 pc
- eggs - 1 pc
- suneli hops
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Salt the fish and season with spices.
2. Carrots grate on a fine grater.
3. Beat the fish and carrots in a blender until smooth.
4. Add the egg to the resulting mass and mix.
5. Form the meatballs.
