  • 200 ml. of juice (orange, cherry, grape, or apple)
  • 20 g. of sugar (if the juice is sour, add more)
  • 1 tsp. with a slide of agar-agar (gel strength 1200)

Method of preparation:

1. Combine the juice with sugar and agar-agar.

2. Stir, and put on medium heat.

3. Bring to a boil, cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Pour the mixture into a container with a spout for convenience.

5. Pour into the molds.

6. It is most convenient to use silicone molds – they do not need to be lubricated.

7. You can pour it directly into a container and then cut it into cubes with a knife.

8. Leave at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.

9. Then remove from the mold.
