Healthy hake with potatoes for dinner: cooked in the oven
Hake is an ideal fish for making cutlets, and it can also be simply fried and baked. If you don't want the fishcakes to have a fishy flavor, cooks recommend adding a teaspoon of honey to the minced meat.

Ingredients:
- potatoes
- hake
- oil
- salt, paprika
- garlic
- dill
- butter
- cherry tomatoes
- onions
Method of preparation:
1. Put the potatoes in a frying pan, cover with hot water, salt (add allspice and bay leaf if desired), and cook until the potatoes are tender.
2. Drain the water, add oil, butter, dried garlic, fresh dill, paprika, and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
3. Peel the hake, put it in a baking dish, add tomatoes and onions, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C. You can also add rosemary to the fish.
Serve with your favorite sauce!
