One of the most favorite desserts for adults and children is glazed curds, which are best prepared at home using simple and natural ingredients. For a richer and brighter flavor, you can add berries, cocoa, chocolate, dried fruits, honey, and nuts to the base of the dessert - cottage cheese.

Nutritionist Alina Sapiga shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious homemade glazed cheesecakes for children, which are not only flavorful and tasty, but also healthy.

Glazed cheesecakes

Ingredients:

  • pack of cheese - 180-200 g
Homemade cheese
  • powdered sugar - 20 g
Chocolate for frosting
  • coconut flakes - 20
Butter
  • butter - 20 g

For the glaze:

  • chocolate - 50 g
Dark Chocolate
  • coconut oil / butter - 10
Nuts for dessert
  • nuts - 20 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the butter at room temperature with cottage cheese, powdered sugar and coconut.

3. Put them on parchment or cling film and leave them in the freezer for 30 minutes.

4. Glaze: melt the chocolate, add the butter and chopped nuts to the chocolate, mix.

5. Take the curds out of the freezer, dip them completely in chocolate, and put them back on the parchment. The chocolate on the syringes will harden in a few seconds.
