Ingredients:

  • cashews - 100 g
  • pitted dates - 40 g
Fresh ginger
  • fresh ginger - 10 g
  • juice and zest of 1/4 lemon

Method of preparation:

1. Pour warm water over the dates and leave for a few minutes.
