Healthy fruit marmalade for children: 3 minutes to prepare

If you want to make a tasty and safe dessert for children, choose healthy and natural ingredients, such as berries and fruit. One such dessert is marmalade, which can be made from applesauce by adding just water and agar-agar.
Cook Iryna (iren.lazun) shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, homemade, natural marmalade that takes only 10 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
- banana – 1/2 pc.
- apricot (or other sweet berries, fruits) – 200 g
- agar-agar – 7 g
- water – 100 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Put the banana and apricot in a blender, add water, and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to a saucepan, add agar-agar, bring to a boil and remove from heat in 3-4 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into molds, let cool, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Ready-made delicious marmalade can be given to children from 4 years old!
