Healthy fillet and broccoli casserole for dinner: cooked with Bechamel sauce
Chicken and vegetables are the best combination of products for preparing delicious and light meals for lunch and dinner. These products will make a delicious casserole, pie, pizza.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and easy dish of chicken and broccoli.
Ingredients:
- broccoli - 1 head
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- milk - 250 ml
- flour - 1 tbsp
- butter - 40 g
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
- hard cheese - 100-150 g
- spices for chicken - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the broccoli into florets and boil in boiling water for 2 minutes and immediately transfer to very cold, or preferably ice water. Leave it in it until it cools completely.
2. Sauce (do everything over low heat): put the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, and mix quickly with a whisk. Pour in the milk, stirring constantly, and bring to a thickening. Turn off the stove and add salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the sauce.
3. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and add spices to the chicken, if desired, and mix.
4. Put the chicken in a baking dish, broccoli on top, and pour the sauce over the top. Bake in the oven at 190 C for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for another 5 minutes before serving!
