Healthy currant and raspberry jam: how to combine berries correctly

Summer is a great time to make a variety of fruit and berry jams. This is an ideal way to make healthy preserves for the winter. You can cook each fruit separately, but the best option is to combine, for example, currants and raspberries.

Ingredients:

  • currants - 6 cups
  • raspberries - 2 cups
  • orange - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 6 cups

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the currants, raspberries, and orange in a meat grinder or beat with a blender.

2. Add sugar and mix.

3. Bring to a boil and pour into sterile jars.

4. Store in a cold place.
