Cranberry jam is very convenient to add to baked goods or to make delicious drinks. It is quite possible to prepare it for the winter in just 5 minutes as you don't even have to boil it. This method of preparation allows you to preserve all the benefits of berries.

Food blogger Inna (zefi.rk0) shared a recipe for healthy cranberry jam that doesn't require boiling on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • cranberries - 1 liter
  • sugar - 1 liter
  • orange - 2 pieces

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the oranges and remove seeds. Beat the fruit in a blender and transfer to a separate container.

2. Mix the cranberries with sugar and beat in a blender too.

3. Mix the two masses.

4. Put in a jar and close with a lid. Store in the refrigerator.
