Football blogger Anastasia Solopii shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious and, most importantly, healthy and safe cookies without sugar and oil that can be eaten by children.
Ingredients:
- coconut flakes - 150 g
- condensed milk - 60 g
- bananas - 100 g
- almonds - 20 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix coconut flakes with banana, and mix well until smooth.
2. Add the egg yolk and mix.
3. Beat the egg white with salt until peaks form.
4. Gently add the whites to the dough and mix.
5. Form the dough into a ball with your hands and press the almonds into it.
6. Put the finished cookies on a baking sheet with parchment and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
