Chopped meatballs are a lazy version of traditional meatballs, in case you need to prepare a dish quickly or don't want to fiddle with a food processor and minced meat for a long time. Interestingly, despite the cooking method, the cutlets are still tall, tender, and extremely juicy.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 500-600 g
- egg - 2 pcs
- onion - 1 pc
- flour - 2-3 tbsp (according to the thickness of the minced meat)
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the liver into small cubes. You can freeze it a little beforehand, then it is easier to cut.
2. Cut the onion into small cubes.
3. Mix the liver, onion, eggs and flour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Fry over low heat for 3 minutes on each side.
