Healthy chocolate oatmeal dessert for breakfast: 20 minutes to prepare
Oatmeal is an ideal product for preparing breakfast dishes. It can be used to make delicious porridge with milk and water, soups. You can also make pancakes, casseroles, pies, and even candy.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for delicious baked oatmeal with chocolate and banana for tea on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal – 50 g
- milk – 100 ml
- eggs – 1 pc
- banana – 1/2 pc
- baking powder – 0.5 tsp
- cocoa powder – 2 tsp
- sugar/sugar substitute – to taste
- cocoa powder – 2 tsp
- chocolate and nuts – optional
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Put the mixture in a baking dish, and top with nuts and chocolate.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.
