Healthy cheese donuts without oil: how to cook
Classic donuts are usually cooked in a frying pan. But such products are quite fatty and high in calories. Therefore, it is much better to cook them in the oven.
The idea of making fluffy donuts was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Maria Tsarynkoska (health blogpp). It is based on cottage cheese and hard cheese.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 5% - 200 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- high-grade wheat flour - 50 g
- spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add eggs and flour to the cottage cheese.
2. Grate the hard cheese in the same place.
3. Add the required amount of spices.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Form circles with wet hands.
6. Make a hole in the middle.
7. Bake on parchment (can be greased with vegetable oil) in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
