Delicious and sweet sweets can be made very easily at home. You only need 3 simple ingredients to make sweets. At the same time, they do not contain sugar, chocolate, or various flavor enhancers.
The idea of making healthy sweets in 5 minutes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Lapchenko (valeria_lapchenko). Children will especially like these sweets.
Ingredients:
- dates - 100 g
- peanut butter - 45 g
- mix of nuts (almonds, cashews) - 25 g (you can add one type)
How to prepare:
1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
2. Pit the dates.
3. Add the peanut butter, nuts, and dates.
4. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
5. Form the mixture into balls.
6. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours to harden.
