The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy beetroot salad with pomegranate and lemon juice on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • boiled beets
  • 1 cup of parsley
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the beets into strips.

2. Add a glass of chopped parsley, and pomegranate seeds.

3. Add lemon juice, oil and stir.
