Healthy beetroot salad: a recipe for a light dinner dish
Beets can be used to make not only borscht, but also delicious salads, snacks, and sauces. It can also be added to canned food.
The cook shared a recipe on YouTube for a delicious beetroot salad with garlic, oil, and mustard.
Ingredients:
- Boiled beets – 400 g
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Mustard in grains – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 0.5 tsp
- Ground pepper – to taste
- Ground coriander – 0.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the beets.
2. Put them in a bowl, add grated garlic, sugar, vinegar, spices, mustard, sesame seeds, oil and mix well.
3. You can eat the salad right away!
