Healthy beet salad instead of the usual vinaigrette: what to add
This salad will be one of the simplest and most delicious dishes you can make with beets. The vegetable is perfectly combined with spicy prunes and crunchy nuts while retaining all its benefits. Just a few simple manipulations and you will get a truly vitamin-packed and light snack for both everyday and holiday table.

Ingredients:
- beets - 1 pc
- pickled cucumber - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- walnuts - 35 g
- apple - 1 pc
- mayonnaise - 80 g
- prunes - 35 g
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the beets and grate them coarsely.
2. Pour hot water oer prunes and leave them for a while to swell.
3. Remove from water, dry, take out the pits, and cut into strips.
4. Finely chop the pickled cucumber and squeeze the garlic.
5. Peel the apple, remove the center, and grate the fruit coarsely.
6. Lightly dry the nuts.
7. Combine beets, nuts, apple, prunes, cucumber and garlic.
8. Season with mayonnaise and mix. Sprinkle the top of the salad with chopped nuts.
