Healthy baked vegetables for a snack: how to cook correctly

Vegetables are best eaten raw and baked. The most important thing is not to add a lot of salt and spices, which can "block" the true taste and flavor of the products.

The cook shared a recipe for healthy baked vegetables with a delicious marinade on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 6-7 large mushrooms
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 small carrot
  • 200-300 g of cauliflower

Marinade:

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. of Italian herbs
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Vegetables coarsely chop.

2. Mix everything for the marinade and pour over the vegetables, stir and let stand for 30 minutes.

3. Then bake at 190-200 C until tender - about 30-35 minutes, stirring several times in the process.
