Homemade bread can be made not only from flour, but you can also use bran, pumpkin, and avocado. To prevent the bread from falling apart, you can replace flour with psyllium, a plantain seed husk, natural soluble fiber, dietary supplement, and fiber.

- avocado
- hard cheese
- eggs
- psyllium (you can do without)
Method of preparation:
