Ingredients:
- beets
- arugula or lettuce leaves
- nuts
- salty cheese
Dressing:
- olive/sunflower oil
- French mustard
- American mustard
- soy sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Cook the beets, peel and chop them randomly.
2. Wash the lettuce leaves.
3. Dressing: mix olive oil, mustard and soy sauce.
4. Put the ingredients in a bowl, pour over the prepared sauce, and add cheese and nuts on top.
