Food blogger katyamull shared a recipe on Instagram for a perfect breakfast – a hearty cauliflower casserole with turkey fillet.

Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower - 400 g
  • turkey fillet - 300 g
  • cream - 150 ml
  • hard cheese - 50 g
Fillet for a dish
  • onion - 100 g
  • dry garlic - a pinch
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the fillet.

2. Chop the onion finely, add to the meat along with the spices, and mix.

3. Put the mixture in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Cauliflower

4. Wash the cauliflower, divide into florets, and boil in salted water for about 5 minutes.

5. Take out the cooked meat and put the cabbage on top, pour the cream and sprinkle with cheese.

6. Sprinkle with spices as desired and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
