Healthy a la Caesar: a recipe for a light vegetable salad for a snack and a festive table
Almost any dish is suitable for a snack, but you need to remember that food should be not only satisfying but also healthy. Don't forget about fresh vegetables, herbs, eggs, cheese, and meat. These products can be combined in a salad.
The chef shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and light salad made from fresh and healthy greens, with eggs, avocado and fresh cucumbers.
Ingredients:
- a bunch of green salad (or other greens)
- 250 g of cooked chicken (baked or boiled)
- 2 boiled eggs
- 120 g avocado
- cucumber
- sour cream 70 g
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and chop the greens. Dice cucumbers, avocados, and eggs.
2. Mix sour cream with mustard and spices.
3. Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and serve.
