Grilled chicken wings: how to make a glossy glaze

With the arrival of warm weather, people began to go outdoors and organize picnics. Barbecue has been and remains the most popular dish cooked outdoors. But why not diversify your diet and grill chicken wings?

Food blogger Lisa Hlinska shared her recipe for grilled chicken wings. On Instagram, she explained how to make a glossy and fragrant glaze that will make the dish look incredibly beautiful. In addition, she says that the wings according to this recipe are no less tasty if you cook them in a regular oven.

Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 1.5 kg
  • water - 500 ml
  • honey - 1 tbsp
  • hot mustard - 100 g
  • soy sauce - 250 ml
  • oil - 2 tbsp

Ingredients for the glaze

  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • honey - 1 tsp
  • ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • oil - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. First, prepare the marinade. Mix water at room temperature with soy sauce, oil, mustard and honey.

2. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings so that it completely covers them.

3. Refrigerate for 10-12 hours.

4. Fry on the fire or bake in the oven until cooked. Coat the finished wings with a pre-cooked glaze and serve.
