Ingredients:
For the pastry:
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Sour cream - 250 g
- Leavening agent - 1/2 tsp.
- Flour - 100 g
- Salt - a pinch
For stuffing:
- Green onions - a bunch
- Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. For the dough: beat the eggs, add sour cream, baking powder, flour, salt and beat well with a whisk, leave to stand.
2. For the filling: boil, peel eggs, chop them together with onions, add grated cheese, salt, a spoonful of sour cream and mix.
3. Pour half the batter into the mold, top with the filling and pour the remaining batter over the top.
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 C.
