Green cold soup with sorrel: how to prepare this stunning and refreshing dish

Therefore, in such weather, it is extremely important to choose the right diet that will give you strength and fill your body with useful elements. A cold first course is ideal for this.
One of these dishes is kholodnyk. This is an extremely tasty, moderately nutritious and cool dish that everyone will definitely like. Food blogger Valeria shared how to make it properly on Instagram.
Ingredients
- sorrel - 300 g
- kefir - 700 ml
- boiled chicken - 150 g
- boiled potatoes - 150 g
- eggs - 4 pcs
- cucumber - 150 g
- radish - 130 g
- green onions/dill - 1 bunch
- mustard - 50 g
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation
1. Cook the potatoes, eggs and chicken until tender
2. Separate the yolk from the white, set aside the yolk and chop the white.
3. Chop the potatoes, chicken, cucumber, radish, dill and onion.
4. Put half of the sorrel in a blender and beat with kefir. Finely chop the other half.
5. Grind the yolks with mustard, salt and pepper. Add kefir and sorrel. Add the other half of the sorrel.
6. Combine all the ingredients together, add ice and salt to taste, and set aside to cool.
