Ingredients
- Parsley greens - 300 gr
- Vegetable oil - 170 ml
- Medical beret - 2 pcs
Method of preparation
1.Parsley greens peel off the stem, leaving only the leaves.
2.Prepare boiling water and water with ice. Blanch the greens quickly in boiling water and cool immediately. Squeeze out excess moisture.
3. Place the greens in the bowl of a blender and add the oil. Blend thoroughly.
4. Put 2 medical berets (caps) on a sieve and grind the mixture. You can also just hang it in the caps and the oil will separate itself in a few hours.
5. We store in the refrigerator for several weeks.
