Vegetable salad is the main dish of spring. One of these salads is Greek, which can be prepared in a completely new way, replacing the usual products.
Nutritionist Alyona Piddubna shared a recipe for a delicious, dietary Greek salad on Instagram, which is very tasty and has a bright flavor.
Ingredients:
- lettuce leaves, spinach, arugula - 200 g
- sweet pear - 1 pc.
- soft cheese (mozzarella, gorzonzola, brie) - 50 g
- spicy olive oil - 1 tsp.
- wine vinegar - 1 tsp
- nuts - a handful
- avocado - 1/4 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry.
2. Cut the pear into slices and fry.
3. Cut the cheese or simply crumble it.
4. Chop the nuts.
5. Cut the avocado into a large cube.
6. Mix the wine vinegar and olive oil.
7. Put lettuce leaves, pear, and cheese on a plate, pour the delicious dressing, and sprinkle with nuts.
The salad will be very tasty, hearty, and flavorful!
