The most interesting thing is that you can choose or change the ingredients yourself, if you don't like meat or fish, for example, they can easily be replaced with vegetables.

  • puff pastry - 1 kg
  • minced meat - 500 g
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 300 g
  • brynza cheese - 300 g
  • olive oil - 2-3 tbsp
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • green onions - 1 bunch
It's better to take ready-made puff pastry

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, take the dough out of the freezer.
  2. Fry the minced meat and chopped onion in olive oil until tender.
  3. Remove it and add grated cheese, chopped cheese, chopped dill, parsley and green onions, and eggs. Mix everything well.
  4. Cut the dough, put one layer on a baking sheet, put the minced meat on top and cover with a second layer and close the edges of the pie well so that the filling does not leak out during baking.
  5. Put in the oven and bake at 180 C for about 30 minutes.

The finished cake is best eaten warm; when cold, it goes well with soups and salads.
