Grapes with black pepper: the star chef shared a recipe for a spicy side dish
In the fall, there are so many delicious and healthy vegetables, berries, and fruits that are most useful during this period. One of them is grapes, especially dark-colored varieties, which contain many useful substances, such as flavonoids, polyphenols, vitamins C, E, P (rutin), B groups – B1, B2, B4, B5, B6, B9. Grapes can be used to make pie, sauces, and various drinks.
Popular Ukrainian chef Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for an unusual side dish and appetizer on his website – baked grapes with black pepper.
Ingredients:
- white grapes - 400 g
- ground black pepper - to taste
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Wash the grapes well, dry them.
- Cover a baking sheet with foil, put the grapes, drizzle with a little olive oil, and sprinkle with pepper.
- Put in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 C.
The finished dish will be an excellent hot appetizer and garnish for meat and fish dishes.
