Gourmet beet salad: how to make a masterpiece from simple ingredients

A food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina cooking knows how to cook beetroot salad to create a real gastronomic masterpiece. On Instagram, she told us what other ingredients are needed.
Ingredients
- Boiled beetroot – 2-3 pcs
- Boiled eggs – 3 pcs
- Hard cheese – 120 gr
- Roasted walnuts – 100 gr
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Prunes – 80-100 gr
- Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Grate boiled beets, eggs, and hard cheese on a coarse grater.
2. Cut the washed and pre-soaked prunes into cubes. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
3. Grate the garlic on a fine grater and add it to the future salad.
4. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the salad.
5. Put the salad in a detachable mold and sprinkle with nuts on top.
