Golden and crispy: the recipe for homemade chebureki on choux pastry

Fried homemade chebureks turn out really crispy and golden when cooked on choux pastry. It tastes especially good with juicy meat filling.

The recipe for chebureki on choux pastry with juicy filling was published in one of the culinary blogs (vesela_mila) on Instagram.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • boiling water - 200 ml
  • flour - 3-4 tbsp. l.
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Filling:

  • minced pork
  • onion
  • salt, pepper
  • broth

Method of preparation:

1. For the dough, mix the flour and salt.

2. Pour boiling water and vegetable oil. Knead the dough first with a spatula, then continue to knead with your hands. It should be elastic and soft. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for a while while you prepare the filling.

3. For the filling, chop the onion and mix it with the minced meat.

4. Add salt, pepper and a little broth (it can be replaced with water). Stir until smooth.

5. Roll out the dough and cut out medium-sized circles.

6. Put the filling on one half of the circle. Cover with the other half and seal the sides.

7. Fry the chebureki.
