  • Strawberries - 140 gr
  • Corn starch - 10 g
  • Sugar - 15 g
  • Lemon juice - 10 ml

Ingredients for the curds:

  • Cottage cheese 5-9% - 700 g
  • Powdered sugar - 100 g
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Butter 62% - 100 g

Chocolate glaze:

  • Dark chocolate - 150 gr
  • Milk chocolate - 150 gr
  • Butter - 30 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare the strawberry filling. Mash the strawberries in a blender until they are pureed.

3. Put the saucepan on the heat, and add sugar and starch. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and cook for 30-40 seconds.

4. Remove from heat and pour into another container to cool the filling faster. Cover with cling film until it comes into contact.

5. When the filling has cooled completely, transfer it to a pastry bag.

9. Put the curds in the freezer for 2-2.5 hours.

10. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. Mix the chocolate with the vegetable oil.

11. Melt the chocolate with the oil in a water bath or the microwave and pour into a tall container.

12. Glaze the curds. Take the curd out of the film, put it on a skewer, and dip it in the glaze. This action should be done quickly so that the glaze is applied in a thin layer.

13. The glaze should be slightly heated during cooking.

14. Put the cheesecakes in the refrigerator to harden the glaze and defrost the cheesecakes.

15. Store in a closed container in the refrigerator for three days.
