You must admit that there was no tastier cake than the Funnel cake when you were a kid. The classic version is based on cookies, condensed milk, and butter, which is very high in calories. For a healthier alternative , you should choose slightly different products, such as granola, dark chocolate without sugar, and syrup as a sweetener. This dessert will definitely not harm your figure.

Recipe for a healthy Funnel cake

Ingredients:

  • granola\raw oatmeal - 155 g
  • peanut flour - 110 g
  • salt - 1\4 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 120 ml
  • agave syrup - 2 tbsp.

Chocolate layer:

  • dark chocolate - 140 g
  • tahini - 120 g
  • agave syrup - 2 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix granola, flour, salt, oil and syrup. Divide the resulting mass into two parts. Press one of them into the bottom of the mold and refrigerate for half an hour.

2. During this time, prepare the chocolate layer. To do this, melt the chocolate in the microwave, then mix it with the tahini and syrup.

3. Pour the resulting mass onto the granola layer in the mold. Put it back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4. Then put the rest of the granola on the chocolate layer. Leave in the refrigerator until it is completely hardened.
