Ingredients
- Funchoza – 200 gr
- Veal – 200 gr
- Onions – 2 pcs
- Carrots – 2 pcs
- Yellow bell pepper – 1 pc
- Red bell pepper – 1 pc
- Salt
- Sesame seeds
Method of preparation
1. Cut the veal and vegetables into thin strips.
2. Fry each ingredient separately in a frying pan, adding a little oil and salt.
3. Put everything in a large bowl.
4. Boil the funchoza for 4-5 minutes. Add it to the fried ingredients. Stir to combine.
5. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds.
