Fried semolina pies with cottage cheese and raisins
Semolina pies are pies with sweet or savory filling: cottage cheese, poppy seeds, cherries, or meat, minced meat, or liver. You can prepare the dough with water or milk, and fry the pies in a pan.

Ingredients:
- milk - 500 ml
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- semolina - 200 g
- egg - 1 pc
The filling:
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- raisins - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan, add salt and sugar. Put on the stove and bring to a boil.
2. Remove the milk from the stove. Add semolina, stirring constantly. When it becomes thick, leave it to cool.
3. When the semolina has cooled, add the egg and mix until smooth.
4. For the filling, mix all the ingredients.
5. Grease your hands with vegetable oil and divide the semolina dough into equal medium-sized pieces.
6. Wrap the filling in each part.
7. Fry the pies in a pan.
