Fried fish in batter that always turns out juicy: the recipe
If you want to fry juicy and soft fish, you should do it in batter. Thanks to it, the finished fish has a very nice crispy crust and is well-fried inside. It also turns out not so fat.

Ingredients:
- fish fillet (in the recipe pangasius) – 500 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- flour – 1 tbsp
- salt
- seasoning for fish
Method of preparation:
1. If the fish is frozen, defrost it and cut it into pieces.
2. Sprinkle each piece of fish with salt and seasoning.
3. Beat the eggs and flour separately. Add a pinch of salt and mix until there are no lumps.
4. Roll each piece of fish in batter and fry in a pan.
