Fried dumplings with cream cheese and soy sauce for a snack
Dumplings are the simplest and most satisfying dish prepared with flour. It is better to use minced meat for the filling. They can be cooked in a saucepan, in the oven, or simply in a frying pan.
A cook shared a recipe for a very hearty and quick dinner dish - fried dumplings - on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 20 g of butter
- 600 g of dumplings
- 180 g of cream cheese
- 60 g of soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- herbs to taste
- boiling water to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Heat butter in a frying pan and add the frozen dumplings. Fry the dumplings, stirring constantly for about 7 minutes.
2. Add cream cheese and soy sauce, stir a little and pour in boiling water to cover the dumplings, but not completely. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remember that the soy sauce is salty. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving!
