  • whites – 5 pcs (170 g)
  • sugar – 130 g
  • vanilla sugar – 5 g
  • flour – 70 g
  • corn starch – 20 g
  • baking powder – 3 g
  • melted butter – 10 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the egg whites.

2. Beat with a whisk.

3. Put in a water bath until the sugar dissolves, beat until white peaks.

4. Sift in the dry ingredients, and mix gently with a spatula from the bottom up.

5. Pour in a trickle of oil, and mix well.

6. Place in the oven in a ring at 170 degrees for 35 minutes (check for doneness with a dry skewer).

7. When warm, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

  • egg yolks – 5 pcs (100 g)
  • sugar – 80 g
  • corn starch – 25 g
  • vanilla sugar – 5 g
  • butter – 200 g

Method of preparation of the cream:

1. Bring the milk almost to a boil.

2. Add sugar, starch, and vanilla to the yolks, mix, and pour in the milk.

3. Put the mixture on the fire, and bring to a boil.

4. Cool, cover with foil.

5. Beat with butter (butter and cream at the same room temperature).

Ingredients for the jelly:

  • gelatin – 5 g (+ 25 g of water)
  • strawberry puree – 350 g (with pieces)
  • sugar – 50 g
  • a few leaves of fresh basil

1. Add water to the gelatin, and leave to swell for 15 minutes.

2. Heat mashed potatoes with sugar until sugar dissolves, melted gelatin, mix, add finely chopped basil, and cool completely.

3. For the filling you need 500 g of strawberries.

For the soaking:

  • boiling water – 100 ml
  • sugar – 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 1 tsp
