Fresh raspberry pie in the oven: a recipe for the most delicate dough
Summer raspberry pie is incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful. The basis of the dessert is soft butter dough, which is successfully combined with a moist berry filling. Crispy thin crumb crust perfectly completes the cake.

Ingredients:
Crumbs:
- flour - 150 g
- sugar - 50 g
- butter - 100 g
Dough:
- eggs - 4 pcs
- sugar - 150 g
- vanilla sugar - 8 g
- butter - 200 g
- flour - 250 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
The filling:
- raspberries - 300 g
Method of preparation:
1. To make the crumble, grind the flour with sugar and cold butter.
2. To prepare the dough, first beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
3. Add the melted butter to the eggs. Stir well.
4. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough at low mixer speed.
5. Put the dough into a mold covered with parchment.
6. Put the washed raspberries.
7. Sprinkle with crumbs on top.
8. Bake at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
