If you want to cook a tasty, hearty, and, most importantly, quick lunch, French-style meat with potatoes can be an ideal option. A healthy vegetable salad made from seasonal vegetables will also go well with it.

The FoodOboz editorial team shares with you a recipe for delicious French-style meat with potatoes, which will be just the perfect lunch and dinner.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 600 g
  • potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 200 g
  • sour cream - 250 g
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the fillet, beat off on both sides, season with salt and pepper, put on a baking sheet, and brush with sour cream on top.
  2. Cut the onion into rings, tomatoes, and potatoes into slices, and put everything on top of the meat.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle everything on top, and send it to bake for 30-40 minutes at 170-180 C.

The finished dish is best eaten hot, with a fresh salad.
