French-style meat with cheese: a successful hot dish in a hurry
French-style meat is an ideal hot dish that is suitable for both everyday and festive menus. It can be cooked in the oven, in a frying pan, or even in the microwave – choose the cooking method that suits you best. In any case, the dish is prepared in a matter of minutes, it turns out to be flavorful and very juicy.
Food blogger Olha Romanchuk (olya_romanchyk_) shared a recipe for French-style meat with vegetables and cheese in the oven on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- meat
- onions
- tomatoes
- olives
- hard cheese
- egg
Method of preparation:
1. The meat is cut into thin slices, like chops. Lightly beat it with a kitchen hammer.
2. Put the pieces of meat on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cut the onion into half rings, the tomatoes into slices, olives in half.
4. Put on the meat vegetables and olives.
5. Grate the cheese. Mix it with the egg and put it on top of the meat and vegetables.
6. Bake the meat in the oven until tender.
