French shrimp: how to cook a budget dish from a gourmet product
Delicious shrimp are considered an expensive dish and are served in the world's most exquisite restaurants. But this doesn't mean that you can't cook this product deliciously at home. If you use a few fairly simple ingredients that combine well with each other, you'll get a fairly budget-friendly dish that's perfect for celebrations or just for dinner.

Ingredients:
- shrimp - 500-600 g
- white bread
- butter - 40 g
- olive oil - 3-4 tbsp
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- bay leaf - 1 pc.
- hot pepper (dry/fresh) - 1 pc.
- thyme (dry/fresh)
- salt, black pepper
- chopped herbs, lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Put the butter, crushed garlic, bay leaf, chopped hot pepper, and thyme in a fireproof mold.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, and place in a preheated oven to 200-210 degrees for 10 minutes.
3. Take out, and stir to combine all the flavors.
4. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and mix again.
5. Put in the oven for 5 minutes if the shrimp are already boiled. If raw – for 10 minutes.
6. Mix the finished dish well. Serve with white bread. The sauce on the bottom can be poured over the top.
