Fragrant cottage cheese muffins that always turn out fluffy: how to make the dough
To quickly prepare something for tea, all you need is a few simple ingredients and you'll be enjoying flavorful muffins in a matter of minutes. Although this is one of the easiest desserts to make, not everyone can cook it perfectly.
Food blogger Victoria Didus shared a recipe for cottage cheese muffins with sour cream on her Instagram page, which always turn out well.
Ingredients:
- soft (granular) cottage cheese - 200 g
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs
- butter - 30 g
- flour - 160 g
- sugar - 100 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs and sour cream. Stir.
2. Add the melted butter, sugar, and flour with baking powder. Mix until smooth.
3. Put the dough into the molds.
4. Bake at 180 °C for 25-30 minutes.
