Ingredients:
- herring - 2 pcs
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs
- apple - 1 sour
- onion - 1 pc
- butter - 70-90 g
- bun - 1 pc
- milk for soaking
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the herring, separate the fillets from the bones and chop them.
2. Soak the bun in milk without crust.
3. Add the grated apple (peeled) to the herring. Grate it as finely as possible. The apple should be sour. If the apple is not sour, you can add a little lemon to taste at the end. Next, grate the onion and eggs.
4. Squeeze out the bun from excess liquid and add it to the herring. Add the soft butter and mix everything thoroughly.
It will be especially delicious with a black toast!
