Thus, nutritionist Olena Movchan says that fatty cottage cheese is especially harmful for those with high cholesterol. And also for those with gastrointestinal diseases.

The doctor added that the optimal rate of cheese per day is 150 g. However, you should definitely pay attention to its fat content.

Nutritionist Oksana Skitalinska said that you can eat absolutely all kinds of cheese, but it is the "mature" one that is considered healthier. That's because it contains much less lactose and milk sugar.

The softer the cheese, the more fat it is. The harder the cheese, the less fat it contains and the more protein it contains.

As for cottage cheese, the doctor advises eating it in the morning.

It has a high level of insulin. This is not a bad thing. It's just that in the morning, when we spend a lot of energy, we can eat cottage cheese.

Nutritionist Svitlana Fus warns that calcium, which is contained in all dairy products, can have a negative impact on the thyroid gland.

The fact is that if dairy products are abused, a lot of calcium enters the body, which can negatively affect the thyroid gland. And an excess of calcium is fraught with iron and zinc deficiency and oxygen starvation.
