For soup and broth: fried cabbage pies in 1 hour
Pies are an ideal alternative to bread, which is made mostly with yeast dough and various fillings. They can be baked in the oven or fried in plenty of oil.

Ingredients:
For dough:
Starter:
- flour - 50 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 30 g
- boiling water - 120 g
The dough:
- ready-made dough
- dry yeast - 4 g
- sugar - 5 g
- warm water - 60 g
- yolk - 1 pc.
- flour - 250 g
Filling:
- stewed cabbage with spices and onions, but you can use any other
Method of preparation:
1. For the starter, mix all the dry ingredients and add boiling water, vegetable oil and mix. Leave for 10 minutes in a warm place.
2. For the dough, mix yeast and sugar, add flour and warm water, mix well and knead the dough. Then add the starter, egg yolk and remaining flour and mix well. Put the dough into a bowl greased with oil, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
3. Divide the dough into 10 pieces. Use your hands to shape the dough into a circle, add the filling and pinch the edges.
4. Heat a pan, add vegetable oil, and fry the pies for 3-4 minutes each. Put them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
Serve the pies hot!
