For rice, mashed potatoes, pasta: a versatile gravy with fillet and mushrooms in 15 minutes
Meat and mushroom gravy are sauces that can give any dish a bright flavor and aroma. Even ordinary mashed potatoes, pasta, and cereals will take on a different flavor. Moreover, they are easy to prepare, you just need to follow the proportions.
Cook Olena Savchuk shared a recipe for a delicious chicken and mushroom gravy on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- champignons - 15 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper and herbs – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the mushrooms and onions, and fry until half cooked in vegetable oil.
2. Dice the fillet and fry until golden brown.
3. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to the mushrooms and simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Add sour cream, stir, season with salt and pepper, and stir again. Add the chopped garlic and simmer for 5 minutes under the lid over low heat.
5. Sprinkle the finished dish with grated cheese, mix and serve!
