Instead of cutlets, you can make juicy minced meatballs for lunch. They stew quickly and are ideal for any porridge, potatoes, and pasta. They are also very budget-friendly.

The idea of cooking meatballs in tomato sauce is published on the fasting marafon Instagram page. Add lots of cheese and spinach at the end.

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken - 450 g.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • greens - to taste
  • adjika - 1 tsp.
  • chicken eggs - 1 pc.
  • salt, spices for chicken - to taste.
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • tomatoes in their own juice - 450 g.
  • Parmesan cheese - 40 g.
  • spinach - 40 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Blend the onion in a blender and add to the minced meat.

2. Chop the greens, beat the egg.

3. Add flour, adjika, salt and spices.

4. Mix thoroughly.

5. Form the patties.

6. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

7. Put the tomatoes in a preheated frying pan, mash them, and add the meatballs.

8. Simmer under a lid over low heat for 15 minutes.

9. Sprinkle with grated cheese and spinach. Stir, remove from heat.
