To make fresh cutlets and meatballs juicy and tasty, it is best to cook them with gravy. You can make it from mushrooms, flour, cream, sour cream, cheese, and tomato paste.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious mushroom gravy with tomato paste and herbs on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 20 g of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 7-8 champignons
  • 2 tbsз of tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • paprika, black pepper, salt
  • 350-400 ml of water
  • herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Put butter in a frying pan and fry finely chopped onions and mushrooms for 8-10 minutes.

2. Add tomato paste, flour, spices, salt, mix and cover with water.

3. Put the cutlets or meatballs in the gravy and simmer under the lid over medium heat for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs at the end!
