For mashed potatoes, pasta and porridge: meat goulash with mushrooms and cream
Goulash is always made from meat, but you can use not only pork but also chicken. To make the goulash thick, add cream and fried mushrooms.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious goulash made from meat, mushrooms, and cream on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of pork tenderloin
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml of 30-33% cream
- 100 ml of water
- 2-3 tbsp of soy sauce
- spices
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pork into pieces and fry in a pan.
2. Next, add the mushrooms to the meat together with the chopped garlic and onion. Fry for 1-2 minutes and pour in cream and water.
3. Add your favorite spices and simmer for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle with herbs and eat!
